Q: How does local pickup work?
A: We are located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia so if you live in that area you are more than welcome to pick your items up. Once you have placed your order and payment has been received we will be in touch via email.
Q: I don’t have a paypal account can I pay another way?
A: We can accept direct deposit into our bank account if you are in Australia. Please use the contact form on the contact us page specifying which products you wish to purchase, we will be in touch with a total price and bank account details.
Q: I am after custom colouring on your products, how can I order?
A: We understand people want to stand out, due to this we can have most of our products powder coated in a colour of your choice. Rather than going through the store, simply use the contact form on the contact us page specifying which products you wish to purchase, the colour and we will be in touch with a total price and bank account details for payment. This service usually takes 7 working days before sending the products out.
Q: How is shipping worked out?
A: Once you have gone through paypal, you will come back to our website where shipping is added. It applies a flat rate per item item size. For example, if you order two items that use the medium shipping rate, you will only be charged once, if you add a small item, that rate will also be added, your shipping cost will then be medium+small=total.

Q: What happens when a product is out of stock?
A: If a product is out of stock, generally we will already be aware and more will be on the way. Please contact us regarding the products you wish to purchase and we will reply within 24 hours.
Q: How do I follow everything that DM is up to?
A: Our facebook page is regularly updated with new products and projects we have going on. Use the facebook link at the bottom of this page.
Q: The shipping charge is not being added in Paypal?
A: This is normal behavior for the sites software. Simply continue through paypal and you will come back to our site. The shipping charge will be added when back on our page and the order is final.
